Visto che dopo un mese non ho avuto cambiamenti degni di nota ho leggermente abbassato le calorie di 200 kcal soprattutto da carboidrati...vediamo come va. Magari faccio anche una mezz'oretta di cardio nei tre giorni in cui non vado in palestra (a fine allenamento non ne avrei le forze temo).
Comunque la questione dei carichi e della forza sta migliorando a vista d'occhio...credo fossi solo fuori allenamento.
