Nel mio caso sarebbero quindi 105 pro/giorno ma queste 105 pro dovrebbero essere tutte pro animali o nel calcolo si fanno rientrare anche pro vegetali?
Sì ma il rapporto va fatto con la massa magra, inoltre io ti direi di tenere conto SOLO delle pro nobili se stai sull'1,5 (comunque, come dice all, devi tenere conto di tutte le pro nel computo totale).
