E' troppo poco secondo me (nn arrivi neanche a 200kcal). Va bene la dieta ipocalorica ma così vai in deperimento organico (nonostante gli aas). Al massimo se vuoi ridurre le kcal elimina qualcosa a cena e nel pasto prima di andare a letto.
Ok per mela/e (ci sono anche pesche e ciliege come frutti a ig medio), 30gr proteine, 10-15gr di glicerolo (nell'acqua delle proteine).
Oppure al posto della frutta 80-90gr di muesli.
