un aiuto per diminuire la % di massa grassa e aumentare la definizione muscolare .
Per aumentare massa fiocchi di latte,oppure anche albumi,o un integratore con caseine(nel caso di albumi e caseine in polevere non assumi anche grassi) o grana padana 40 gr. La frutta secca bastano 15 gr a colazione secondo me.

questa alimentazione più che altro mi serve per mettere su massa , e una volta raggiunta una buona massa cosa dovrei togliere dalla alimentazione per definirmi ?
