Ciao a tutti, volevo chiedervi: a volte mi capita di potermi allenare 30/60 minuti dopo aver pranzato o cenato; in questo caso cosa sarebbe giusto mangiare???
Io in genere mangio un po di pasta in bianco e 1 ora dopo il wo 30g di pro.

L'idea non è sbagliata, perchè un pranzo troppo pesante risulterebbe fastidioso durante l'allenamento... Saresti in piena digestione. Quindi così potrebbe andare magari cerca di fare uno spuntino a metà mattinata bello rinforzato oppure quello di pomeriggio a seconda di quando ti alleni
