non so... un post-wo con latte mi sembra troppo poco calorico, nemmeno in definizione lo consiglierei!
bevine di più......e cmq i post w.o. da millemila kcal servono poco alla massa, molto alla panza, per nulla al portadineri....
se post w.o. assumi 300 kcal e dopo ceni/pranzi devi tenerne conto..... a meno che uno non sia un hard gainer estremo che deve assumere 4000 kcal al dì, direi che 150-300 kcal nel post sono più che suficienti...
