perchè dopo l'allenamento servono carboidrati e proteine veloci, se inserisci grassi, latte, ecc, rallenti tutto.
quindi se vuoi ottimizzare al meglio, farei patate salate (senza olio, ecc) più iso sensation in acqua.
altrimenti patate + pollo/albumi
