assolutamente no...mi dici come faresti a fare massa ( cioè tenendo le calorie più alte rispetto a quelle che dovresti assumere normalmente ) e nel frattempo dimagrire ( assumendo meno calorie di quante ne necessiti ). ? capisci che è un controsenso , si può andare in massa limitando comunque la panza, ma assolutamente uno non può andare in massa sperando di mettere su 1-2 kg e in più levarsi la trippa ...aimè per noi persone comuni è impossibile.
