Bene...credo di poterlo fare; mangiando immediatamente dopo i 50g di carbo (coi quali assumerei anche i bcaa), nel pranzo che farei dopo circa mezz'oretta i grassi vanno lasciati? O li elimino (per un'assunzione più veloce delle pro) e li ripartisco negli altri pasti giornalieri?
