La margarina vegetale mangiata così (quindi non in alimenti cotti) contiene pochissimi grassi saturi: la maggior parte poli e monoinsaturi.
E poi cristo c'ha più di 700kcal per 100gr, al limite se ne mangiano 10-20gr al giorno e nn penso muoia nessuno (come con il burro).
