    gg in un negozio bio ho comprato la farina d'avena integrale..
    è un alimento pulito cn cui cucinare giusto?

    come mi consigliate d usarla?
    nn sn un cuoco provetto eh ^^
    volevo provare a fare le crepes la mattina con questa farina e i fiocchi d'avena e albume..
    qualke consiglio su come farle? nn sò bene come cominciare...
