2)aumentare le pro a colazione?

2) Come ti ho detto all'inizio, toglierei lo yogurt greco e metterei una fonte di pro nobile. Affettati magri o albumi, oppure whey!
Facendo così,e ragionando secondo il mio stomaco potresti quindi diminuire il latte ed aumentere i cereali!
