se faccio la colazione come post workout andando a correre a stomaco vuoto, premetto che la mia è questa : 30 gr proteine, 50 gr avena e 1 banana, posso farla senza problemi direttamente così subito dopo la corsa oppure sarebbe meglio ingerire prima le proteine con la banana, aspettare ( quanto tempo?) e poi mangiare l'avena?
