I grassi non fanno ingrassare di per sè, ma tutto l'importo calorico in eccesso, spero di aver capito bene poi
sisi hai capito bene, in ogni caso è da dire che in fase di dimagrimento ho avuto ottimi risultati, anche se non seguii del tutto la dieta del nutrizionista e tolsi i carboidrati dalla cena e diminui pasta e pane di ulterori 20 grammi
Ora però a questo punto sto facendo grandi sforzi in palestra e non vorrei vanificare tutto! Perciò mi chiedo se cn questa dieta posso davvero crescere
