Salve, è da novembre che seguo dieta per massa, e al giorno di oggi ho preso ben 6kg (abbastanza grasso) quindi adesso vorrei fare in modo da perdere almeno 3-4 kg. Come mi devo comportare? Continuo a mangiare come sempre e aggiungo 30' di corsa leggera dopo i pesi, oppure devo modificare la dieta? La mia paura è di perdere i pochi muscoli acquisiti....!!!! I miei dati, alimentazione e allenamento con foto trovate nel diario.
