secondo voi può andar bene?
La cena di per sè va bene. Comunque ti consiglio di fare lo spuntino ad alto IG subito dopo l'allenamento e poi dopo fare la tua solita cena. Se non puoi fare a meno di fare coincidere la cena con il post workout allora ti consiglio di sostituire le fette Wasa con qualche altro carboidrato ad alto IG sempre per ristabilire le scorte di glicogeno consunte per via dell'allenamento.
