no ma dicevo che le proteine in polvere mischiate con l'acqua NON mi danno ritenzione, mentre il semplice latte anche se delattosato mi da' un po' di ritenzione..
cmq uso esclusivamente o le isowhey della future line (che cmq hanno un po' di creatina ..) o le top 100% della watt + che sono senza sodio,lattosio,carbo etc..ma appunto le digerisco benissimo e non mi danno ritenzione se mixate con l'acqua se mixate col latte anche delattosato si'...
