Cena: 300 gr fettine di vitello in padella , spinaci bolliti , 1 cucchiaino di maionese, olio evo
Abbassa la carne a 250gr massimo, 15-20gr di olio.
Pre nanna (non sempre): pezzettino di parmigiano 50 gr circa

Vista la massa grassa, e il peso rispetto all'altezza, continuare con la massa potrebbe essere controproducente, per cui prova con questa alimentazione aumentando anche il lavoro aerobico, associato come sempre ad un lavoro con i pesi
