Ti consiglio inoltre di consumare carbo e proteine ad ogni pasto, se proprio ti devi tirare di brutto non consumarli a cena nel pre-nanna.
Devi tenere conto comunque dell'IG degli alimenti.
I carboidrati sono un macronutriente fondamentale. Puoi riempirti di tutte le proteine che vuoi ma se non consumi almeno 4 - 5 gr di carboidrati per kg di peso corporeo non metterai mai su massa.
Mantieni inoltre i pasti il più bilanciato possibile.
