cmq volendo fare un mesetto di stop con gli integratori come potrei integrare senza prendere proteine in polvere la mattina e la sera....? cioè con quali alimenti..?
la mattina albumi come in che modo e in che quantità e soprattutto con quale altro alimento abinarlo...(certo immaggino di nn poterli mangiare con il latte e caffe) e la sera ok fiocchi di latte e grana ma in chw quantità...?
gli albumi come vuoi...basta che li cuoci, per le quantità fatti un paio di calcoli tenendo la stessa quantità di pro che avresti assunto con le polveri...
