beh frutta e carne hanno i loro limiti...come frutta negli spuntini van bene 2-3 pesce, 1 mela e 1 pesca, 5 albicocche, una fetta (media) di anguria, insomma direi di stare su queste dosi. per la carne direi di non superare i 150g per pasto. l'affettato della mattina van bene 80-100g.
