Beh se la metti dal punto di vista pscologico può starci. Io personalmente non le conto, se devo dimagrire piazzo il solito cardio in fascia con una dieta ipo...se non scendo di peso calo le cal e aumento il cardio...come fine pratico sapere quante calorie(in teoria) consumi non serve a niente imo.
certo non sto a conteggiare il tutto, dopo un pò vai ad esperienza e "sensazioni" e ti adatti senza sapere esattamente a quante kcal stai.
come dici tu è appunto solo una questione psicologica
