Salve,gradirei una dieta da seguire per mia zia....soffre di diabete, max 110,ha 46 anni,altezza 160cm,peso 80kg. e e si ritrova con 2 anelli della colonna vertebrale schiacciati a causa dell'eccessivo peso corporeo....
