la mia domanda è questa... io ho gli aaddominali sulla pancia, ma la pelle non è tirata e aderente ai muscoli... non è grasso, è pelle proprio... come faccio a eliminare la pelle in eccesso sull addome, per migliorare la definizione sugli abs??
