Certamente che se mangi qualcosa prima, la cosa migliora. A distanza di molto tempo (il post non è proprio recentissimo) direi che la migliore strategia si rivela ancora l'assunzione di una fonte di carboidrati a basso IG + una piccola fonte proteica.
