Ed infatti, proprio perchè sodi ci mettono di più ad "abbandonare lo stomaco", ponendo il caso che le proteine, come del resto credo anche io, non si "degradino", penso che possano essere un modo di cottura da utilizzare nel pre-nanna (oltre ad essere un pò meglio degli albumi scottati.
