La mattina mangio latte marmellata e pane bianco. Posso aggiungere le proteine in polvere whey per alzare la % di pro? oppure mischiando proteine non è la scelta ottimale? Se fosse così potrei usare quelle in polvere delle caseine / latte avrei un rilascio più lento ma almeno le pro sarebbero della stessa fonte. Cosa mi consigliate?
Vai di latte e whey. Solitamente queste pro si abbinano con latte o acqua e soprattutto al mattino si hanno bisogno di proteine veloci, quindi l'abbinamento latte e whey è azzeccato
