300 ml di latte non ti forniscono pro sufficienti nè al risveglio per tornare in stato anabolico,nè tantomeno per preparti al digiuno notturno catabolico.
X cui inserirei 30 gr. di Nitrotech la mattina e la sera 200 gr. di fiocchi di latte...i grassi prima di andare a coricarti vanno invece benissimo,rallentano l'assimilazione delle pro per le 8 ore di sonno che devi fare!
I momenti migliori per assumere pro sono al risveglio,post w.o. e prima di coricarti
