io farei la mattina 30 g di pro al posto dello yogurt.
toglierei un po' di frutta ai pasti e metterei + olio e la verdura.
poi abbasserei le pro ai pasti. (specialmente a pranzo)
Per quanto riguarda l'allenamento metterei 20 min di aerobica a fine di ogno sessione pesi.
