Gary, puoi fare tutti pasti che ti pare. Se un giorno hai fame 2 volte mangi due volte, se un giorno hai fame 3 mangi 3. L'importante che tu sia in grado di non sforare con le calorie e se proprio muori di fame e sei già al massimo mangi qualcosa che ti sazi a zero carboidrati.
