Ho parlato con un istruttore nuovo nella mia palestra e parlando di metabolismo ha parlato del ptor ma non ci ho capito molto,ha detto che l'organismo rinnova ogni non so quanto 4gr di proteine per kg corporeo e quindi e' utile spingersi oltre tale soglia per contrastare l'omeostasi
