Salve, purtroppo da mio lavoro come programmatore, a volte faccio dure nottate per portare a termine il lavoro da consegna e dato che nei giorni di non allenamento capiti che vada a dormire nelle mattinate (cosa sbagliata lo sò) e svegliarmi per cena! Saltando così 1 pasto e 2 spuntini.
In sostanza volevo sapere come compensare, la perdita dei pasti!
