Volevo sapere nei giorni di recupero quindi di nn allenamento l'alimentazione da seguire è la stessa fatta durante la settimana ad esempio ste sto seguendo una dieta di massa da 300 carbo 200 prot e 100 grassi nei giorni di recupero seguo la stessa oppure abbassare i carbo nn a 150-200 ? illuminatemi crazie
