ciao ragazzi sono gianluca sono alto 1.84 x 86 kg.sto facendo la preparazione atletica(tutti i giorni) con una squadra di calcio e mi sento le gambe dure e mi tirano tuti i muscoli.come posso fare x riprendermi prima dallo sforzo?mi consigliate qualcosa da prendere?e poi come devo regolarmi con i pasti?mi hanno detto proteine verdure e frutta a pranzo e riso e verdure la sera dopo l'allenamento.vi prego aiutatemi.grazie.
