prova a calcolare il tuo deficit su media settimanale, alternare le calorie e macro puo' servire a ritardare lo stallo. E' giusto staccare ogni 6-8weeks ma se gia' la tua bf e' relativamente bassa ( ovvero dai 12 in giu' ) alternare le calorie puo' risultare vincente.
gli sbalzi calorici ingannano il metabolismo,cosi' da allontanare il piu possibile lo stallo che in ogni caso avverrebbe!!! 1 giorno di sgarro su 6 puliti non basta a inpedire un'adattamento metabolico serve solo ad allontanarlo...x resettare bene occorre un periodo di normo...ok capito grazie tanto!!!
