Volevo esprovi il mio problema: vorrei cercare di ingrassare mettendo un pò di massa, per ora non sto facendo attività fisica, ma vorrei riuscire ad ingrassare un pò perchè ho un metabolismo molto veloce. Ho 19 anni. Consigliatemi una dieta per colazione, pranzo e cena! grazie!
