a colazione mangio 50gr di fiocchi d'avena integrali,la seconda fonte di carbo la metto a pranzo di solito con 100 gr di pasta integrale o 80 gr riso integrale.Secondo te è meglio sostituire la pasta/riso con i legumi?i fagioli o la lenticchia come li vedi?quale è il vantaggio di mangiare legumi al posto della pasta?
