ok... meglio, meno sbattimento per calcolare e decidere cosa e quanto mangiare!
Adesso butto giù una sorta di dieta... poi ditemi cosa ne pensate!
Un'altra cosa: io vorrei aumentare di massa... adesso peso 71 (non so qual'è la % di massa grassa, serve? e come si calcola?) come faccio a decidere ogni quanto modifare la dieta e di quanto?

Per il calcolo della massa grassa dovresti eseguire dei test plicometrici o meglio ancora una Bioimpedenzometria...
Per quando variare la dieta...dipende da quando/qianto ti vedi appannato, o che stai mettendo su troppo grasso, allora in quel caso, si varia..
