be' per esperienza la carne trita del super mercato, non è magrissima, di solito usano i cosi' detti "scarti" per prepararla, meglio andare da macellaio e chiedere un trito di solo magro

ma scusa se ti fai tanti problemi x quello eviti di prenderla al supermarcato e vai dal macellaio così sei + tranquillo...e poi basta ke la guardi...+ pezzettini bianki ci sn + è grassa ma nn credo ke le differenze siano abissali...
