un dubbio circa la ricarica: Questa settimana avevo ipotizzato 10gr. di cho x kg. corporeo....ovvero pesando 80 kili....800gr. di cho...che diviso 5 pasti verrebbero a fare 160gr.....ovvero 200gr. di riso ogni 3 ore (!!!) ha un criterio giusto secondo te tutto questo o sbaglio qualcosa? grazie e scusa ancora la mia invadenza
niente invadenza, il forum è fatto apposta
non sbagli x la ricarica.
ovviamente puoi anche cambiare le fonti (1kg di riso è duro da buttare giù, non per il sapore, ma per il volume..)
