Ciao ragazzi scusatemi una info , 70 gr di pasta integrale a quanto corrispondono in quantita in gr di pane integrale ?
Ditemi se sbaglio , il pane siccome ha lo strutto rispetto alla pasta dovrebbe corrispondere a meno giusto ? un 40 / 50 gr ?
Il pane integrale ha all'incirca (i valori variano da tipo a tipo si va da minimo 48g a massimo 55g) 50 g di cho su 100 g.
Cmq la quantità di grassi è veramente infima (saranno massimo massimo 2 g secondo le ricerche che ho fatto)
Tuttavia io preferisco la pasta al pane, ma ovviamente questa è la mia opinione
