Il mio interrogativo è: se mi alleno dopo il lavoro e finisco di alllenarmi alle 8 circa vuol dire che assumerei dei carboidrati in serata che è contro la teoria di non assumere carbo nella seconda parte della giornata!!!! Cosa ne pensate??
Ne penso che quella quantità di carboidrati servirebbe solo a riempire le scorte di glicogeno parzialmente svuotate dall'allenamento con opposizione di resistenza. Ovviamente senza esagerare
