Ma non so se in low carb fa più danno una 50ina di cho che vengono del succo, o l'alcol che ci può essere in una birra bionda piccola.
Alla fine l'alcol sono kcal "vuote".
Però c'è da considerare il fatto che il succo, oltre ad avere i cho in più, ha anche più calorie...ergo...forse è meglio la birra nonostante l'alcol.
