    le lenticchie nei barattoli hanno circa 10/13g di carbo mentre quelle piccole in busta ne hanno 50/60.
    come mai?
    E' la qualità diversa o è perchè quelle nel barattolo sono gia' cotte?

    Perchè durante la cottura hanno assorbito acqua, tanta da far abbassare le percentuali di carbo ai valori che hai riportato. Tutto qui. Riguardo alla diversa qualità, le differenze sarebbero minime.

      quindi se prendo 100g e le faccio cuocere alla fine peseranno 400g(dico a caso)e i valori da cotta x 100g si abbasserebbero
