Io al momento mi sparo 300gr di latte con 25gr di whey + 100-110 gr di cereali. Ma da domani mattina calo le dosi di carbo.. mi sono rotto le palle di vedermi appannato, con la pancetta e i fianchi nonostante mi alleni sempre con serietà e mangio ultrapulitissimo con 0 sgarri, 0 zuccheri, 0 bibite, 0 alcool... e che caxx
non so 2 cibi proteici comppletamente diversi?????
perchè come fonte proteica faccio 250 ml di albumi + 1 uovo intero (circa 300 gr. in totale) sono 35 gr. di pro
a questo punto potrei mettere un'pò di latte nei cereali non tanto per non fare troppo misculio dato che dopo 2 ore mi alleno 200 ml andrebbero bene o di meno (150 ml o 125 ml)
