Ragazzi leggendo sui vari thread, ho letto che dopo il workout bisogna assimilare proteine e cho a I.G. alto (es. banana e whey). Io non ho mai fatto una cosa del genere perchè quando torno a casa (dopo una 20ina di minuti) ceno. E' sbagliato in questo modo?
P.S. Non è meglio mangiare una barretta iperproteica dopo l'allenamento invece che prima?
