Sparate pure a zero se sto dicendo una vaccata, lo chiedo perche' spero di non soffrire piu' di tanto....
Beh in linea teorica, qualora fosse molto tempo che non sta a dieta e facesse un programma appena decente di allenamento e aerobica potrebbe anche perdere 6kg, certo sarebbero liquidi al 70% il resto grasso e forse un pò di muscolo. Certo, ripeto, parlo in linea puramente teorica
