Conoscete penso il ciclo di spinta anabolica ABCDE:Si alternano 2 settimane di massa e 2 settimane di definizione.....penso che sia un metodo efficace per essere grossi e definiti......il mio problema che nella fase ipocalorica perdo troppo peso se ad esempio in massa faccio 6 pasti ognuno composto 70g di carb, 25 g di pro ,e grassi minimi, in definizione di quanto devo scendere di carb e di quanto devo salire le pro.......risp grazie da esperti di BB?????
