Ragà vorrei incominciare una dieta x massa, preciso che sn 1.78 cm x quasi 76 kg... pratico palestra da un'annetto e devo dire ke mangiando cm un ***** () da quando ho cominciato ho messo su quasi 12 kg () cmq ora vorrei cominciare a seguire una dieta x la massa, ma nn so neanche dove mettere le mani quindi chiedo il vostro aiuto.. premetto ke nn me ne frega un casso che mancano pochi mesi all'estate e poi nn si vedranno gli addominali.. grz
