                nella fase 2 i macro erano cosi divisi:
                Pro 252,49
                Cho 311,31
                Fat 31,53
                Kcal 293,80
                Dimentico spesso di inserire nel file quei 10/15gr di evo che logicamente vanno aggiunti e sommati

                  c'è dorian che ti direbbe che tutte quelle pro ad un natural non servirebbero...

                  io in massa son per caricare i cho fino ai 350/400...come mai li vuoi ridurre?hai paura di esserti appannato troppo?
